Data we process

Orders: the recipient's first name, your first name, your story and music preferences, your email address. Payment: handled by Stripe, which sends us the amount, the status and your email, never your card number. Newsletter: your email and the date of your consent. Technical logs (IP address): kept 14 days for security.

Purposes and legal bases

Fulfilling your order (contract); bookkeeping (legal obligation); sending the newsletter (consent, which you can withdraw at any time); protecting the site from abuse (legitimate interest).

AI tools

To create your song, the names and parts of your story are entered into AI music and writing tools (for example Suno, Anthropic), whose servers may be outside the European Union. Please leave out sensitive details you don't need.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany), Cloudflare (network and security), and our email delivery provider where applicable.

Retention

Your story and the song files are deleted 12 months after delivery. Billing records are kept for the period required by Belgian accounting law. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

No advertising cookies and no tracking. The order form saves your draft in your browser's local storage, on your device only.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent: write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
