Terms of sale

Version of 26 October 2026. These terms apply to every custom song ordered on rahije.com.

2. The service

Rahije creates an original song from the information you provide (name, story, preferences). The lyrics are written from your text and the music is produced with AI music-generation tools; several versions are generated and Rahije selects the best one. The "Song + video" package also includes a vertical video with the lyrics.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is due when you order and is processed by Stripe; Rahije never sees your card details.

4. Delivery

The song is delivered by email, as a link to a private gift page, within 72 hours of payment confirmation (24 hours with Express). If it is late, you can ask for a refund of the Express option or of the order.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods and content made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, nor to digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent. By ticking the box at checkout you ask for production to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once it has started.

6. Love-it-or-money-back guarantee

Regardless of the above, if you are not happy with the song, tell us within 14 days of delivery: it will be rewritten once for free. If the new version still isn't right, the order is refunded in full.

7. Licence

You receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use: private listening, gifts, events, sharing on your personal social media. Any commercial use (advertising, monetised channels, resale, synchronisation) needs prior written agreement. Rahije never publishes your song or your story without your consent.

8. AI and intellectual property

Songs are produced with AI tools for which Rahije holds commercial-use rights. Under current law, AI-generated works may not be protected by copyright, so no warranty is given that copyright exists in the song. Rahije does not imitate the voices of real artists.

9. Refused content

Rahije may refuse an order whose content is hateful, defamatory, sexual and involving minors, infringes third-party rights or targets a person without their consent. In that case the order is refunded in full.

10. Liability

Except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the liability of Rahije is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.

12. Complaints and disputes

Send any complaint to the email address above. If we can't agree, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
